There is a 50 lb weight limit for cats and a 100 lb weight limit for dogs, but if there are two pets, their combined weight cannot exceed 65 lbs. Common prohibited breeds include Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, and German Shepherd, and mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also not allowed.

Honestly, this apartment has it all if you're looking to be close to pretty much everything in Atlanta and have amazing access to Greenway around Bobby Jones and Beltline. Super convenient location, plenty of walking paths for dogs, the Monroe checks all the boxes. Something small to note, they do a great job of providing pet trash cans around the property - it shows they're really aiming for pet friendliness. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to rent with pets.
