FetchHomes Has Launched!

FetchHomes has launched today with the mission of helping out renters find the best apartments, townhomes, and homes for them and their pets. We're starting in Atlanta, but the hope is that we can take this nationwide. Our team has rented with pets before, and it's an endless stream of weight limits, breed restrictions, random pet fees, dog profiles, pet DNA samples - the list goes on. Our aim is to cut through the noise that goes with renting with pets and provide a seamless, curated experience for renters who are just looking for a great spot to live, safe and secure walks, and nearby pet amenities or vet resources. It's pretty simple.

A lot of these other giant search database sites do the bare minimum - "Does this apartment allow large dogs?" - and leave a lot of it up to the renter to go find out. Then as you're signing a lease, surprise! - here's an extra $650 fee for dog DNA testing that was never shown on the website or discussed with the rental agent.

FetchHomes seeks to provide accurate fees and terms for renting with your pets and manually calls and checks the places that we list on our site. My dog loves to go check out new walks, so these visits to properties are always a win for him. We want to become a trusted voice for all pet renters out there who want accurate information on potential rentals so they know they are making the best decision not only for themselves, but their pets as well.
